Setup Print item tickets to kitchen and drink printers
Note: The AZCPOS app is fully compatible with multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. For the best experience and full access to features, it is recommended to install the AZCPOS app. The web version offers limited functionality. Specifically, the “Find Printer” feature is only available in the AZCPOS app and is not yet integrated into the web version.Download and Install the AppOpen your web browser, copy and paste the following link into the search bar, and press Enter:

VNVNRestaurant Setup 2.2.0.exe to your device and click
Install to complete the installation.
1. Set Up a CloudPrint PrinterA CloudPrint printer utilizes cloud services to print from any device, anywhere, as long as it’s connected to the internet. There’s no need to connect directly to a POS machine.
This guide uses the
Star Micronics TSP650II printer as an example.
Step 1: Connect the Printer to Your Local Network
- Plug one end of the LAN cable into your hub/router.
- Connect the other end of the LAN cable to the LAN port on the printer.
Step 2: Locate the Printer’s IP & MAC Address
- Turn on the printer.
- Hold down the Feed button until the information slip prints.
- The slip will display the printer’s MAC Address and IP Address.
Step 3: Configure the CloudPrint Printer
- Navigate to:
- Admin → Settings → Device → Printer → Printer Tab → Click the “+ Add New” button
- Fill in all required fields as shown in the example below.
- For the Path field, enter the MAC address of the printer you retrieved earlier.
- Click the “Save” button to save your settings.
- Once saved successfully, the system will generate an API Path.
Important: Please make sure to save this
API Path for future reference.
Step 4: Activate the API Path
- Open a web browser and enter the IP address printed earlier into the address bar. Press Enter.
- On the Star Admin page:
- Click the “Login” link.
- Enter your username and password, then click “Login”.
In the
Configuration section, select
CloudPRNT.
Paste the previously saved
API Path into the
Server URL field → Click “
Submit”.
After clicking “
Submit”, a confirmation message will appear: “
CloudPRNT is accepted.”
→ Click “
Save”, then in the information window, click “
Execute”.
⇒ Success! Your CloudPrint printer is now set up and ready to use.2. Installing a USB Printer (VNVNCLOUD)A USB printer is a commonly used device that allows for quick and easy printing by simply connecting it to your POS system via a USB port. To set up the printer, connect one end of the USB cable to the POS system and plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
For this guide, we will use the
Star mC-Print3 printer as an example.
Step 1: Install ZadigOpen your web browser, copy the link below, paste it into the address bar, and press Enter:

Zadig-2.8.exe file to your computer and click
Install to begin installation.
Once the Zadig interface opens, click
Options → Select
List All Devices.
If your printer is successfully connected to the POS system, its information will appear on the list.
Select
Printer-80 (you can click
Edit to rename it, if desired). Click
Replace Driver (if the driver is already installed, you’ll see
Reinstall Driver instead, as shown in the image).
Wait for the installation to complete. A notification will confirm success.
Step 2: Set Up the USB Printer (VNVNCLOUD)After installing Zadig, navigate to
Settings → Printer → Click the
Find Printer button.
If the printer is successfully detected, it will appear in the list of connected devices. Select the printer and click “
OK”.
You can rename the printer under
Printer Name, if desired.
Once completed, a confirmation screen similar to the one below will appear, indicating the successful setup of the USB printer (VNVNCLOUD).
3. Setting Up a Bluetooth PrinterA Bluetooth printer is a wireless device that connects remotely via Bluetooth without needing a USB connection to a computer.
In this guide, we use the
Bluetooth printer model 58HB6.
Step 1: Connect BluetoothEnable the Bluetooth function → select the correct printer model you have. (In this guide, we use the
Bluetooth printer model 58HB6)
Enter the
PIN code. The default PIN for Bluetooth printers is
0000.
The printer will appear under the "
Paired Devices" section → successfully connected.
Step 2: Configure the Bluetooth PrinterGo to
Settings →
Printer → click the "
Find Printer" button.
If the search is successful, the connected printer will appear as shown below → Select the printer → then click "
OK".
After selecting the printer, you can rename it in "
Printer Name" if desired.
→ The Bluetooth printer model 58HB6 has been successfully set up.Note: If your printer is a small, handheld type, make sure to adjust the
Paper Width from 48mm to 32mm.4. Choose Printer for Cashier and Kitchen
- Go to Admin → Settings → Device → Station.
- In the Station tab, a list of available stations will appear. If no station exists, click the “+ Add new” button to create one.
Example 1:To assign a printer to the
Cashier station:
- Select “Printer - mC-Print3” → Click on Cashier.
- From the Printers dropdown menu, choose “Printer - mC-Print3 Thermal.” → Click “Update.”
→ The printer is now successfully assigned to the
Cashier station.
Example 2:To assign a printer to the Kitchen station:
- Select “Printer - Label (Star).” → Click on Kitchen.
- From the Printers dropdown menu, choose “Printer - Star Micronics TSP650II.” → Click “Update.”
→ The printer is now successfully assigned to the
Kitchen station.
5. Testing the Printer's FunctionalityTest the
Star mC-Print3 Printer at the
Cashier CounterStep 1: After signing into your POS system, click on
Order-Ticket.Step 2: Select an order → click
View Detail Order → press the
Print button at the bottom of the screen.
A prompt will display the successfully connected printer name → Select the printer to print the invoice.
