Take Reservations

The Reservation feature allows you to view and manage your restaurant’s reservation list. You can also send notifications to customers via SMS or on-site speakers.

RESERVATION is where you can check and manage the reservation list of your restaurant. You can send notifications to customers via SMS message and/or through on-site speakers.

Add a New Reservation:

Step 1: Sign in to your POS system → Click the Reservation tab.

Step 2: Click the Add New (“+”) button to open the reservation form. Fill in the required information:
  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Number of Guests

Then, click “OK” to confirm the reservation or “Cancel” to discard it.

Notification Options:
  • Send Notification via On-Site Speaker: Notify customers through the restaurant’s speaker system that their table is ready.
  • Send Notification via SMS: Send an SMS notification to the customer’s phone to let them know their table is ready.

Manage Reservations:
  • Mark as Received Table: Confirm that the customer has been seated.
  • Close the Reservation: Mark the reservation as completed.

After successfully creating a reservation, the following details will be displayed:
