To access the Server Station:

Log in to the Server Station → Click on the Server Tab (Bell Icon).

The Server Station interface will appear, where you can process orders either BY ITEM or BY ORDER (TICKET).

Orders are automatically sorted by the time they were placed: earlier orders are displayed first, and later orders follow.

Steps to Process Orders:

Step 1. View Orders by Status:

  • Click the BY ORDER tab to see a list of completed kitchen tickets.
  • Tickets are categorized under specific tabs based on their status:
    • All: Displays all tickets.
    • Waiting to be Served: Tickets awaiting service.
    • Cancel: Tickets that have been canceled.

Step 2: Update Serving Status

You can update the serving status of items in two ways:

1. Serve Individual Items on the Ticket:
  • Click the “Served” icon next to the item
  • A message will appear: “Served [item name].” → Specify the quantity served if the order includes more than 1 item.
  • Click "OK" to mark the item as served or "Cancel" to discard the action.

2. Serve the Entire Ticket:
  • Click the Served icon at the bottom of the ticket. → A message will appear: "Served all items on this ticket?"
  • Click "OK" to mark the entire ticket as served, or click "Cancel" to discard the action.

Notes:
  • For pickup orders, there are additional notification buttons for customers via Speaker and SMS:
    • Two notification options are available for customers:
      • Speaker Icon: Notify customers via the in-store speaker system.
      • SMS Icon: Send an SMS notification to inform the customer that their order is ready for pick-up.

  • Pickup Items:
    • For pickup items, an icon with a cart and the label "To Go" will appear next to the Served icon to inform the server.

  • Managing Multiple Tickets:
    • If there are multiple tickets waiting (the ticket list is at the bottom), you can click on any ticket to display its details in the main ticket view above.
